Probably the biggest change customers noticed is the disappearance of THCA flower.

For several years, THCA flower became one of the most popular cannabis products in Tennessee because it closely resembled traditional marijuana.

However, Tennessee lawmakers changed the law, and beginning July 1, 2026, the sale of most THCA products became prohibited under the state's new hemp regulations.

Many customers have understandably been asking:

"Where did all the flower go?"

The answer is simple:

It isn't because stores chose to stop carrying it, it is because Tennessee law changed.

The good news? You can still order premium THCA flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, edibles, and more from our online store if you live in a state where these products are legal. Real Budz now ships to most of the United States, allowing customers outside of Tennessee to continue enjoying the products they've come to love. Every order is carefully packaged, shipped quickly, and backed by the same commitment to quality that our in-store customers expect.

So while THCA flower is no longer available for retail sale in our Tennessee locations, our online store remains the best way for eligible customers across the country to shop our full selection of premium cannabis products.

At Real Budz, we made the decision early to prepare for these changes.

We worked through the licensing process, updated our operations, and obtained our TABC retail license so we could continue serving our customers legally.

Compliance has always been important to us, and we believe customers deserve to shop with confidence knowing they're purchasing products from a licensed, compliant retailer.

When you shop with Real Budz, you know you're shopping with a business that's committed to following Tennessee law while continuing to provide the best products available.

Every year, millions of visitors come to Gatlinburg looking for a premium cannabis shopping experience.

If you're visiting the Smoky Mountains, Real Budz offers one of the area's largest selections of legal cannabis products, all under one roof.

Unlike many shops that dramatically reduced inventory after the law changes, we've continued investing in new products and expanding our selection so customers still have plenty of options to choose from.
